Welcome to Refresh Kings. By accessing our website (www.refreshkings.com) or booking our linen delivery and laundry services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Services Offered Refresh Kings provides short-term vacation rental linen and towel delivery, turnover laundry, and related rental linen services throughout Atascadero, Paso Robles, Templeton, and surrounding areas. Service schedules, delivery details, and order specifications are confirmed upon booking and estimate approval.

2. Bookings, Orders & Estimates

  • All service requests and estimates submitted through our website are subject to availability and formal confirmation.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate property details, access instructions, and specific turnover schedules in a timely manner.

  • Any changes to scheduled delivery dates, drop-off locations, or quantities must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Linen Care & Property Damage

  • We provide commercially sanitized, high-quality linens and towels ready for guest use.

  • Linens remain the property of Refresh Kings unless explicitly sold.

  • Excessive damage, permanent staining (e.g., hair dye, grease, bleach), or unreturned/missing inventory will incur replacement or repair fees billed to the client's account.

4. Payments & Billing

  • Rates and pricing will follow agreed-upon estimates or current service agreements.

  • Invoices must be paid in accordance with the payment terms specified on your invoice or recurring billing schedule.

  • Unpaid balances may result in a temporary suspension of scheduled deliveries.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Turnovers or recurring orders may be rescheduled or canceled with appropriate advance notice.

  • Last-minute cancellations made after delivery dispatch or during active turnover processing may be subject to standard cancellation fees.

6. Limitation of Liability Refresh Kings is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unforeseen delays, property access issues caused by third parties, severe weather conditions, or force majeure events.
